Profile: Atul C. Dubal,

I have a rich and diverse background in assisting families on reaching their financial goals. My experience helps families prudently plan for the future.

I have received the professional designation of CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®) from the College for Financial Planning in Denver. The Financial Planning Association (FPA) is the membership organization for the financial planning community. Its members, CFP professionals like me, are dedicated to using the financial planning process to serve the financial needs of individuals, families, and businesses and to help them achieve their goals and dreams. I have also received the designation of Registered Financial Consultant (RFC) from the International Association of Registered Financial Consultants and have been a qualified member of the Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT). MDRT is an association of life insurance and financial services advisors.

As a CFP® professional who previously has held separately a series 7 Registered Rep. qualification since 1987 and a series 24 (General Securities Principal) since 1989, I am confident and well experienced to provide education in areas of tax management, college funding, retirement planning, investment planning, estate conservation, insurance planning, and many ancillary subjects. With these qualifications, I strive to be a competent and ethical financial planner.

Early in my career, I started out as a representative of an investment banking firm, where I was part of a team that helped small companies with innovative ideas in software, biotech, telecom, and specialty products in retail industries. After the Gulf war, I joined a NYSE brokerage firm and was a stockbroker serving professionals, business executives, business owners, and their families.

I went on to manage a branch office in association with Raymond James Financial Services. My responsibilities included supervising several fellow Advisors and emphasizing high ethical standards. Not only did I practice this but I taught other advisors how to do the same. I believe in full financial planning.

Later, I joined MetLife Insurance Company. With my in-depth knowledge of the insurance industry, I helped many families plan for their financial future. I always emphasize diversification: in simple terms, “Don’t put all your eggs in one basket.” I know the ups and downs of running a business and like to say, “It’s not how many times you get knocked down, it’s how many times you get back up!”.

This diverse and professional background has given me a specialized perspective that enables me to assist your employees, other members of your organization, and their families to become financially independent in their lifetime, and to provide for multigenerational assets.

I have been married since 1992 and have been blessed with two wonderful kids. Meditation, Reading, Movies & White-Water Rafting are few of my hobbies.
